We sadly record the recent death of our member BOB BALMER. Many of the newer members of the Society will not know Bob as he hadn't been to meetings for a number of years.
Bob joined us in 1985. He was a member of the Royal Philatelic Society, The National Philatelic Society and the New Zealand Society of Great Britain.
His philatelic interest was in the postal history of New zealand
